Tierra West was selected to provide analysis of a proposal for mid-rise student housing project on the Felix Chevrolet site. Our services included analysis of 421 market rate residential units targeted to USC students, and 83,000 square feet of retail space, including a fitness center and restaurant. Our team members analyzed development alternatives as part of the Environmental Impact Report process, which also included reviewing alternatives for parking, studying the return on capital and return on equity, and conducting a project feasibility study.
